Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Lexi tells every caller at the start, and if someone would rather speak to a person, she takes a message for you straight away.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays the same. Calls you don't pick up are passed to Lexi, and one short code on your phone switches that on or off.
What if she gets something wrong?
She never guesses. If she isn't sure, or something doesn't work, she takes the caller's details and you get a text to ring them back. You also get a written record of every call to check what was said.
I use Treatwell, Fresha or Booksy. Will it work?
Lexi can answer every call and text you the details on any system. Booking straight into the diary works with Google Calendar today. If your platform's own assistant suits you better, we'll say so.
Are calls recorded?
No. A written transcript is kept for 90 days so you can check what was said, then it's deleted automatically.
What happens to my clients' details?
They're used only to run your service. Never sold, never used for marketing, and what's said on a call is never used to train AI. It's all set out in our data processing agreement.
